About the project: living in harmony with nature.
We build modular passive houses that provide energy efficiency and independence from urban infrastructure. Our goal is to help people gain freedom and become closer to nature.
Project status
Currently, active site preparation for construction is underway. The house design is in the final stages. Construction work is planned to begin soon.

Selection and assessment of the natural site
Before starting construction, an inspection of the future site is conducted. The terrain, soil type, and presence of trees are evaluated. Preserving the natural environment is a key priority when creating modular homes.
Initial clearing and leveling
The site is marked, stones and shrubs are removed, and key areas are leveled. This preparatory stage precedes the laying of utilities and foundation installation.
Delivery of communication systems
Pipes for water supply, drainage, and other engineering systems are delivered to the site. Materials are carefully stored for further installation.
Groundworks and pond digging
Extensive groundworks are carried out: trenches are dug for the foundation, and a decorative or drainage pond is created, becoming part of the landscape design.
Assembly of the solar panel sosupporting structure
A wooden support structure is built — the base for future solar panel structure. The entire system is assembled precisely according to the project, ensuring strength and accurate geometry of the building.
Harmony with nature
Even during construction, attention is paid to the surrounding environment. Sprigs of fir and pinecones symbolize harmony between architecture and the forest landscape.
